2011 marked the beginning of a new journey and the research of ideas that I wanted to investigate for a long time. It probably took about ten years to see these intentions and visions in my head materialize. My fascination with the “Marvelous Reality” and the Surrealism prominent in my culture, a need to reconnect with my cultural heritage, and my curiosity and passion for performance lead me to create this duet with dancer Nicole Depuis exploring duality as part of the development of my first solo work Camino al Tepeyac.
